The creation process

Unicover houses a team of dedicated craftsmen who exhibit exemplary skills to create any kind of product you wish. We design one-of-a-kind luxury menu covers but also have ready-made products in stock.

When you decide to create a custom-made product, we pull out all registers. Whether it is punching, laser cutting, a variety of stitching options, gluing, embossing techniques, engraving or UV printing.

Our partner factories in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands assemble your order with extreme precision. We work closely together with more than 140 craftsmen and are in constant contact with our partners for instructions and quality control. 

All to ensure your special orders are being taken care of!

Afterwards, we submit your products to another extensive quality control in our workshop in the Netherlands where your products are further personalized before they are sent to you or your customer.

The average lifespan of our products vary between 5 and 10 years, depending on the intensity of use. 95% of our customers re-order their products from Unicover, which is further proof we invest in you, your product and our mutual love and respect for high quality materials and techniques.
